Just finished a week at Madiera Norte. Stayed in #407. Pros: nice updated condo, clean, no bugs, large balcony. Added bonus: there were some games and cards in the drawer for the rainy night we had. Cons: beds are at the end of their lifespan. A/C had to be kept to 72 or higher. That wasn't as bad as it may seem, except I do like to sleep with it cooler. Important to Note, you can get around without a car (we did) but having a car makes it easier to hit the grocery and restaurants further away from John's Pass. Definitely would stay here again!
Great View and right across the street from John’s Pass. No need to drive anywhere.
If you're looking for a beautiful view, this is the place. What it has in views and easy access to the beach and Johns Pass, it does lack in updated rooms and comfortable beds/pillows. Service, however, was prompt and friendly. For the money, we would stay here again.
Great location and they keep the grounds in tip top shape. Say, “Hi”to Butter Ball for me if you visit. Enjoy the sun too!
That calm and peaceful Gulf. There is a sand bar 100 feet out, so you swim in water over your head and then you stand up on the sand bar water to your knees. Fun every time.
We stayed here for Christmas. Post hurricane, the poor town is struggling! Glad we could bring some dollars in for you folks ! The locals are playing live music every night, and the shops and restaurants are eager for the visitors.
